Legal regulations on vocational training support, career transition, and employment for individuals affected by agricultural land acquisition

Abstract
This study analyzes limitations in the practical implementation of legal regulations on vocational training support, career transition, and employment assistance when the State acquires agricultural land. Based on this analysis, the study clarify the strengths and weaknesses of current legal provisions, evaluate implementation practices, and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of support policies. The study aims to enhance the capacity of affected individuals to transition careers and stabilize employment in the context of agricultural land acquisition.
