Legal regulations on consumer rights regarding imported goods

Abstract
In the context of international economic integration and the rapid growth of imported goods, legal regulations on consumer rights regarding imported goods play a crucial role in protecting consumers. This study analyzes current legal provisions on consumer rights related to imported goods under the 2023 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights, identifies existing limitations, and proposes solutions to improve the legal framework. These recommendations aim to contribute to building a safe, transparent, and sustainable consumer environment.
