Some issues regarding the issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for households and directions for improvement

This study analyzes several legal issues in the regulations on the issuance of certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land for households under the 2024 Land Law. By clarifying the concept of households using land, changes in the legal status of households as land users, and difficulties and obstacles in the practical implementation of the law, the article proposes several recommendations to improve the provisions of the 2024 Land Law. These recommendations aim to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of land users, enhance the effectiveness of state management, and limit disputes arising in the land sector.
