New developments in business registration procedures in the context of digital transformation and their practical implementation

This study examines key developments in business registration procedures in the context of digital transformation, with particular attention to online business registration, the legal validity of electronic documents, the use of electronic identification accounts, data connectivity and sharing among business registration, tax, labor, and social insurance authorities, and the utilization of the National Business Registration Database. On this basis, the study evaluates the significance of these new regulations in reducing compliance costs, enhancing transparency, safeguarding freedom of business, and promoting data-driven governance. It also identifies several implementation challenges, including data quality, information security, the stability of electronic systems, and users’ digital capabilities.
