Cải tiến hệ thống thông tin bệnh viện Trung tâm Y tế Vietsovpetro bằng phân tích mức độ quan trọng - mức độ thực hiện

Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định các ưu tiên cải tiến HIS tại Trung tâm Y tế Vietsovpetro (TTYT) thông qua phân tích Mức độ quan trọng - Mức độ thực hiện (Importance - Performance Analysis - IPA). Nghiên cứu sử dụng bảng câu hỏi với 4 thành phần của HIS để khảo sát định lượng 173 nhân viên y tế của TTYT đang sử dụng HIS. Kết quả cho thấy, nhiều biến trong các thành phần của HIS như chất lượng hệ thống và thông tin, chất lượng dịch vụ hỗ trợ, niềm tin hệ thống có mức độ quan trọng cao nhưng kết quả thực hiện thấp, do đó cần ưu tiên cải tiến. Chỉ có sự hỗ trợ từ lãnh đạo được đánh giá cao. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các hướng cải tiến trọng tâm nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành HIS trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số y tế của TTYT
