Xây dựng quy trình truy vết carbon cho sản phẩm thủy sản nhằm hỗ trợ quản trị phát thải và đáp ứng yêu cầu thị trường

Thị trường xuất khẩu yêu cầu chứng minh phát thải khí nhà kính của sản phẩm thủy sản bằng dữ liệu, trong khi nhiều cơ sở nuôi quy mô hộ chưa ghi chép đầy đủ. Nghiên cứu xây dựng quy trình truy vết carbon 5 bước theo ISO 14040, 14044 và 14067, vận hành được với dữ liệu chưa hoàn chỉnh, và kiểm nghiệm tại 2 vuông tôm sú quảng canh dưới tán rừng ngập mặn ở Cà Mau. Kết quả cho thấy, hồ sơ carbon khác biệt rõ giữa 2 cơ sở liền kề; CH4 từ mặt nước là một trong những điểm nóng phát thải chính. Quy trình tạo chuỗi dữ liệu có khả năng truy xuất và kiểm chứng, hỗ trợ nhận diện điểm nóng phát thải và cung cấp thông tin carbon đáp ứng yêu cầu thị trường.
