The Legal Framework on the commercial exploitation of patents by Vietnamese enterprises in the context of international integration: Current situation and recommendations

Patents are an important form of intellectual property that plays a significant role in promoting innovation and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. In the context of international economic integration, the commercial exploitation and transformation of patents into economic value are of particular importance to the development of Vietnamese enterprises. Based on an analysis of the current legal framework governing intellectual property, science, technology and innovation, technology transfer, and other relevant areas of law, this article clarifies the concept and scope of the commercial exploitation of patents. The article also examines the current situation of patent commercial exploitation by Vietnamese enterprises. Based on these findings, the article proposes several recommendations to improve the legal framework and enhance the effectiveness of patent commercial exploitation, thereby promoting innovation and strengthening the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises.
