Promoting process and product integration among enterprises to enhance competitiveness in manufacturing supply chains in Vietnam

Abstract
This study evaluates the current practices of promoting process and product integration among enterprises in Vietnam to enhance competitiveness in manufacturing supply chains. The analysis focuses on data security, synchronization in information sharing and coordination, as well as digital transformation and technological capabilities. The findings identify major barriers to supply chain integration in Vietnam. Based on these insights, the study proposes solutions to strengthen enterprise linkages, improve coordination efficiency, and enhance the competitiveness of manufacturing supply chains.
