Published: October 16, 2026
Abstract
This study aims to identify the factors affecting employees’ work motivation at the An Giang Branch of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank). The proposed research model comprises seven factors: job characteristics, salary and benefits, working conditions, training and promotion, relationships with supervisors, relationships with coworkers, and performance evaluation. Data were collected from 220 valid questionnaires and analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all seven factors have positive effects on employees’ work motivation, with relationships with coworkers exerting the strongest influence.
