Human resource training at Duoc Si Tien Company Limited - Ho Chi Minh City Branch: Current situation and solutions to improve effectiveness

Abstract
Amid increasing competition in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and healthcare sectors, human resource training has become an important factor in strengthening enterprise competitiveness. This article analyzes human resource training at Duoc Si Tien Company Limited - Ho Chi Minh City Branch from 2023 through the first seven months of 2026. The findings show that the company has invested in training activities but continues to face limitations in identifying training needs, developing training programs, selecting training methods, and evaluating training effectiveness. Based on these findings, the study proposes several solutions to improve human resource training activities and enhance their effectiveness.
