Năng lực lãnh đạo số của đội ngũ lãnh đạo cấp trung trong các trường trung học phổ thông: Tổng quan hệ thống và khung nghiên cứu đề xuất

Tóm tắt

Chuyển đổi số đang tái định hình quản trị trường phổ thông, song nghiên cứu về lãnh đạo số vẫn tập trung ở hiệu trưởng, trong khi lãnh đạo cấp trung (phó hiệu trưởng, tổ trưởng chuyên môn) mới trực tiếp chuyển hóa chủ trương số hóa thành thực hành dạy học. Bài viết tổng quan có hệ thống 47 nghiên cứu giai đoạn 2015-2026, sàng lọc từ 1.216 bản ghi theo PRISMA 2020, kết hợp phân tích trắc lượng thư mục và phân tích nội dung. Lĩnh vực gồm 4 cụm chủ đề, trong đó cụm dữ liệu và trí tuệ nhân tạo mới nổi từ năm 2022; trong 5 khoảng trống, lớn nhất là sự thiếu vắng nghiên cứu lấy lãnh đạo cấp trung làm đơn vị phân tích. Tích hợp lý thuyết năng lực động của nhà quản lý, khung TOE, lãnh đạo điện tử và UTAUT2, bài viết đề xuất khung nghiên cứu 4 tầng với 11 giả thuyết, trong đó năng lực lãnh đạo số là cấu trúc hợp thành bậc 2 gồm 4 thành phần, kiểm định bằng PLS-SEM.
