Practical implementation of laws on real estate brokerage services in Vietnam and the legal issues raised

Abstract
This study analyzes the law and its practical implementation concerning real estate brokerage services in Vietnam, focusing on business conditions, professional standards, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of brokers. The findings show that real estate brokerage activities have gradually become more standardized and professional. However, several limitations remain in compliance with and supervision of professional requirements, state management, verification and provision of property information, and transparency in real estate transactions. Based on these findings, the study proposes solutions to improve the legal framework and enhance the effectiveness of implementing laws governing real estate brokerage services in Vietnam.
