Enhancing the effectiveness of state management of land-use conversion in urban development projects in Vietnam

As Vietnam accelerates industrialization, modernization, and urbanization, demand for land-use conversion to implement urban development projects continues to increase. Such conversion contributes to the effective utilization of land resources and promotes socio-economic development. However, it also presents challenges for state management, including inconsistent planning, inefficient land use, disputes, and the risk of losses of public assets. This study analyzes the current situation and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of state management of land-use conversion in urban development projects in Vietnam.
