Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu nhằm khảo sát các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến mức độ sẵn sàng tiếp nhận công nghệ mô hình số sinh đôi của nhân viên hiện trường tại các cảng biển Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu tiến hành phân tích 320 mẫu hợp lệ bằng phương pháp PLS-SEM, kết quả cho thấy, nhận thức về sự hữu ích thúc đẩy mạnh mẽ mức độ sẵn sàng, trong khi áp lực công việc hiện trường đóng vai trò là biến điều tiết tích cực quan trọng. Sự hỗ trợ từ ban quản lý và chất lượng dữ liệu giúp nâng cao đáng kể sự chấp nhận công nghệ mới này.
