Abstract
This study examines the effects of social influence and trust on customers’ continuance intention toward Green SM ride-hailing services in Ho Chi Minh City using an extended framework integrating UTAUT2 and S-O-R. Survey data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that trust has the strongest effect on continuance intention, followed by performance expectancy, facilitating conditions, effort expectancy, and price value. Social influence has no significant direct effect on continuance intention but exerts indirect effects through these four factors. The model explains 72.7% of the variance in continuance intention. The findings clarify how social influence is transformed into post-adoption behavior and provide managerial implications for strengthening customer trust, enhancing service value, and improving customer retention in green ride-hailing services.
