Mối quan hệ giữa quản lý nhân lực xanh và hành vi thân thiện môi trường trong các khách sạn tại Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu nhằm tìm ra mối quan hệ giữa quản lý nhân lực xanh và hành vi thân thiện môi trường tại các khách sạn tại Việt Nam. Dữ liệu thu thập được bằng bảng câu hỏi khảo sát từ 318 nhân viên đã được phân tích bằng phương pháp SEM. Kết quả cho thấy, thực tiễn quản lý nguồn nhân lực xanh (đào tạo xanh, sự tham gia của nhân viên xanh, quản lý hiệu suất xanh, quản lý kỷ luật xanh) là những yếu tố có ảnh hưởng quan trọng đối với hành vi thân thiện với môi trường. Kết quả cũng chứng minh, hành vi thân thiện với môi trường của nhân viên đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động môi trường của khách sạn. Nghiên cứu cũng chỉ ra khoảng trống nghiên cứu mà các nghiên cứu trước đây gần như chưa đề cập, đó là nhân tố “Quản lý kỷ luật xanh” góp phần gián tiếp vào việc thúc đẩy hành vi thân thiện môi trường.
