Hành vi đổi mới trong công việc: Hướng tới một định nghĩa khái niệm hoàn thiện hơn

Nghiên cứu nhằm hoàn thiện định nghĩa khái niệm hành vi đổi mới trong công việc (Innovative Work Behavior - IWB) ở cấp độ cá nhân người lao động theo quy trình phát triển khái niệm của Podsakoff và cộng sự (2016). Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích nội dung định tính đối với các định nghĩa IWB được công bố trong các công trình nghiên cứu trước đây nhằm nhận diện, phân loại và đánh giá các thuộc tính của khái niệm. Kết quả nghiên cứu xác định 4 thuộc tính cốt lõi của IWB gồm (1) tính mới, (2) tính hữu ích, (3) tính chủ động và (4) thành phần ứng dụng. Trên cơ sở đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất định nghĩa: “Hành vi đổi mới trong công việc là hành vi chủ động của người lao động trong việc áp dụng các ý tưởng mới vào thực tiễn công việc nhằm mang lại lợi ích cho bản thân, người khác hoặc tổ chức”. Nghiên cứu góp phần làm rõ nội hàm và ranh giới của khái niệm IWB, tạo cơ sở lý luận cho các nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
