Abstract
This study examines and proposes comprehensive solutions to improve the legal framework and enhance the enforcement of regulations on unfair competition in Vietnam’s digital economy. Based on an assessment of the current situation and legal gaps arising from rapid technological development, the study identifies four principal groups of solutions: introducing legal provisions addressing emerging forms of unfair competition in the digital environment; strengthening the technical capacity and human resources of regulatory authorities; enhancing cross-border international cooperation; and promoting legal communication and public awareness. These solutions are mutually reinforcing and are intended to contribute to a fair, healthy, and sustainable digital business environment.
