Hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao và trải nghiệm nhân viên: Tổng quan nghiên cứu và hàm ý cho doanh nghiệp Việt Nam

Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp tổng quan tài liệu để phân tích mối quan hệ giữa hệ thống làm việc hiệu suất cao (High-Performance Work Systems - HPWS) và trải nghiệm nhân viên (Employee Experience - EX). Kết quả cho thấy, các thực hành như đào tạo và phát triển, trao quyền, truyền thông nội bộ, quản lý thành tích và đãi ngộ góp phần tạo ra trải nghiệm tích cực cho nhân viên. Trải nghiệm nhân viên tiếp tục thúc đẩy gắn kết công việc, nâng cao hạnh phúc tại nơi làm việc, tăng khả năng duy trì nhân sự và khuyến khích hành vi đổi mới. Trên cơ sở lý thuyết trao đổi xã hội, bài viết đề xuất mô hình lý thuyết xem trải nghiệm nhân viên là cơ chế kết nối giữa HPWS và các kết quả nguồn nhân lực. Nghiên cứu cung cấp một số hàm ý quản trị cho doanh nghiệp Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và cạnh tranh nhân tài hiện nay.
