Khảo sát khả năng kháng nấm Candida albicans M1175 từ cao chiết lá và vỏ thân cây Lộc vừng (Barringtonia acutangula (L.) Gaertn)

Abstract

Nghiên cứu nhằm mục đích đánh giá khả năng kháng nấm Candida albicans M1175 của cao chiết lá và vỏ thân Lộc vừng. Cả hai loại cao chiết vỏ thân và lá của cây Lộc vừng đều có chứa hàm lượng flavonoid cụ thể 3,740±0,013 mg QE/g trong cao lá và 1,020 ±0,941 mg QE/g trong cao vỏ thân. Hai loại cao chiết lá và và vỏ thân của cây Lộc vừng trích trong ethanol đều có hiệu quả kháng nấm Candida albicans M117 thực hiện bằng phương pháp khuyếch tán trên giếng thạch cụ thể: cao lá/ ethanol giá trị MIC (mg/mL) và MBC (mg/mL) lần lượt là 1,570 và 25,030 mg/mL, cao vỏ thân/ ethanol có giá trị MIC (mg/mL) và MFC (phương pháp pha loãng) (mg/mL) lần lượt là 1,050 và 8,370 mg/mL. Qua những kết quả thí nghiệm đã đạt được cho thấy tiềm năng của các loại cao chiết từ lá và vỏ thân Lộc vừng đều có hiệu quả kháng nấm, do đó cần có những nghiên cứu trong tương lai tập trung vào tinh sạch các hợp chất thiên nhiên có trong cây Lộc vừng và ứng dụng thực tiễn của các chất chiết xuất hữu ích này.
