Solutions to improve business performance of Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company

This study examines the financial performance of Ba Ria Rubber Joint Stock Company by analyzing its revenue, cost structure, and profitability over the 2021–2024 period. The findings reveal several critical limitations, including the disproportionately high share of capital costs in total expenditures and a faster decline in revenue relative to cost reductions, resulting in declining and unstable profits. Employing descriptive statistical methods, the study synthesizes and compares longitudinal data to provide a comprehensive assessment of the company’s financial dynamics. Based on these insights, the study proposes strategic solutions aimed at enhancing profitability, improving operational efficiency, and supporting the formulation of a sustainable development strategy for the forthcoming period.
