Nghiên cứu tổng quan các nền tảng lý thuyết kết hợp với phỏng vấn sâu nhằm xây dựng khung phân tích về cơ chế đồng tiến hóa giữa thể chế, mạng lưới cung ứng và năng lực số trong quản trị doanh nghiệp. Trên cơ sở tích hợp các lý thuyết thể chế, nguồn lực doanh nghiệp, mạng lưới và năng lực động, nghiên cứu đề xuất mô hình lý thuyết giải thích sự tương tác 2 chiều giữa doanh nghiệp và môi trường kinh doanh. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần bổ sung cơ sở lý luận về cơ chế đồng tiến hóa và gợi mở một số hàm ý quản trị.
