Mối quan hệ giữa đầu tư quốc tế, quản trị nhân sự và trách nhiệm xã hội của các ngân hàng: Đề xuất khung lý thuyết

Tóm tắt

Trên cơ sở các nền tảng lý thuyết gồm: lý thuyết quốc tế hóa doanh nghiệp, lý thuyết quản trị nhân sự chiến lược, lý thuyết trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp và lý thuyết các bên liên quan, nghiên cứu đề xuất 4 giả thuyết, gồm: (1) đầu tư quốc tế có tác động tích cực đến quản trị nhân sự; (2) quản trị nhân sự có tác động tích cực đến việc thực hiện CSR; (3) đầu tư quốc tế có tác động trực tiếp đến CSR; và (4) quản trị nhân sự đóng vai trò biến trung gian giữa đầu tư quốc tế và CSR.
