Impacts of Intellectual Capital on the Innovation Process and the Business Performance: Case Study of Vietnamese Power Generation Enterprises

Abstract

This study is to test the impact of intellectual capital on the innovation process and the business performance of Vietnamese power generation enterprises. The study’s results show that the intellectual capital has a positive impact on the innovation process and the business performance.
