Abstract
The development of science and technology has made it possible for infertile couples or single women to have children by using assisted reproductive technologies. The law has set out regulations regarding the determination of the father, mother and child when giving birth with assisted reproductive technologies. However, Vietnam’s Law on Marriage and Family 2014 still hassome shortcomingsthat need to be improved.
