Using manganese dioxide nanomaterial in the preparation of d-SPE sample to simultaneously determine four carbamates in vegetables by HPLC/UV technique
Published: August 1, 2026
Abstract
This study is to explore the use of manganese dioxide nanomaterial in the preparation of D-SPE sample to simultaneously determine four carbamates in vegetables by HPLC/UV. The study’s results show that gama-MnO₂ nano has relatively good ability to remove interfering compounds present in fruit and vegetable extracts in the D-SPE sample preparation process. This study also finds out the optimal conditions for simultaneously analyzing carbofuran, carbaryl, fenobucarb and methiocarb by using the HPLC/UV technique. When using 0.05g of gama-MnO₂ nano sorbent, the spinach sample is significantly cleaned and the carbamate recovery efficiency is quite high.
