Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định và đo lường mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự lựa chọn dịch vụ kế toán (DVKT) của doanh nghiệp tại các công ty DVKT trên địa bàn Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh (TP.HCM). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, môi trường doanh nghiệp không chắc chắn, kiến thức của ban lãnh đạo, mức độ cạnh tranh doanh nghiệp, năng lực kỹ thuật của kế toán dịch vụ, sự tin tưởng của ban lãnh đạo vào công ty DVKT có tác động cùng chiều đến sự lựa chọn DVKT của doanh nghiệp tại các công ty DVKT trên địa bàn TP.HCM. Từ đó, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả sự lựa chọn DVKT của doanh nghiệp tại các công ty DVKT trên địa bàn TP.HCM.
