Factors affecting the customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the 272 Convention Center

Abstract

This study is to explore the factors affecting the customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the 272 Convention Center. Based on theories, this study identifies, tests, measures and evaluates the factors affecting the customer satisfaction by using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The study’s results reveal that the customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided by the 272 Convention Center is affected by these following factors: (i) Reliability; (ii) Response; (iii) Warranties; (iv) Empathy; and (v) Tangibility.
