Factors affecting the intention of office workers in Ho Chi Minh City to buy laptops online

Abstract
This study is to identify and evaluate the factors affecting the intention of office workers in Ho Chi Minh City to buy laptops online. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are used in this study. Data collected from the study’s survey are analyzed by using SPSS 20 software and methods of descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), correlation analysis (Pearson), and linear regression analysis to determine the degree of influence of factors affecting the intention to buy laptops online of office workers, and test the proposed hypotheses. Based on the study’s findings, some managerial implications are made to help businesses better understand the online buying behavior of office workers and develop appropriate measures to retain their customers.
