Some factors affecting the business performance of listed real estate enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange

Abstract
In recent years, when the economic crisis in general and the financial crisis in particular have been controlled, the business performance of many businesses in the real estate industry including listed real estate enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) have been improved. A stronger business performance has allowed them to pay off debt and dividends. This study is to examine the factors affecting the business performance of listed real estate enterprises in HOSE. The study uses data from selected real estate enterprises listing in HOSE and the study’s results are highly convincing in terms of research data.
