Sự phát triển không ngừng và nhiều yếu tố kích hoạt buộc các tổ chức hướng tới các sáng kiến thay đổi. Mặc dù thay đổi được thực hiện vì những lý do tích cực, các thành viên trong tổ chức giáo dục vẫn có thể phản ứng với những nỗ lực thay đổi một cách tiêu cực bằng sự kháng cự. Bài viết tổng kết một số nghiên cứu liên quan và xác định các yếu tố chính tác động đến kháng cự sự thay đổi của đội ngũ giảng dạy trong các tổ chức giáo dục.
