Factors affecting the work motivation of lecturers at Long An University of Economics and Industry

This study assesses the factors affecting the working motivation of lecturers at Long An University of Economics and Industry (LAU) through a survey with pre-made questions and SPSS statistical processing software. The study’s results show that there are five factors affecting the working motivation of lecturers. These factors listed in descending order of impact level are: Colleague relationship; Promotion opportunities; Income; Leader; and Work environment. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to help the university enhance the work motivation of its lecturers.
