Assessment of the legal status of employment and employment settlement for workers with disabilities

Abstract
In Vietnam, there are about two million people with disabilities who are able to work but have not yet joined the workforce. Therefore, the law on employment and job placement for people with disabilities is a very broad field. The issues of employment and job placement for people with disabilities is a very new legal issue in Vietnam due to the specificity of the law on social security and labor. This paper analyzes the current status of the law on employment and job creation for workers with disabilities.
