International law on ensuring human rights during the Covid-19 pandemic and practical application in some countries

Abstract
This paper analyzes (i) the provisions of international law on ensuring human rights in a state of emergency in general and during the COVID-19 pandemic in particular, ( ii) obligations of states to ensure human rights in emergency situations; and (iii) and practical application of measures to ensure human rights during the Covid-19 pandemic.
