The development status and legal characteristics of the partnership business model in Vietnam

Abstract
Business people have collaborated with others to expand businesses and spread risks, it leads to the establishment of company models including partnership business model. The partnership business model is one of the earliest business models, and its organization and management are simple, flexible and safe for the public. This partnership business model has been chosen by many investors when doing business around the world. This paper specifically analyzes the partnership business model, the development status and legal characteristics of this model in Vietnam.
