Improving the settlement of disputes over real estate transfer agreements at the court in Binh Duong province

Along the infrastructure and economic development of Binh Duong province, the number of real estate transfer agreements in the province is increasing with the participation of many investors, leading to the increase in the number of legal disputes. The transfer of real estate contains a lot of risks due to the high value of properties and the complicated related legal procedures. Regulations on real estate transfer agreements are always considered one of the most important legal institutions in any legal systems. For many reasons, the settlement of disputes over real estate transfer agreements in Binh Duong province has not reached expected results. Some investigators who conduct legal proceedings at courts are not fully aware of the specific nature of disputes over real estate transfer agreements, and the professional qualifications and legal awareness of some judges are still limited. This paper is to propose some solutions to improve the settlement of disputes over real estate transfer agreements at the court in Binh Duong province in particular and in Vietnam in general.
