Conditions for granting business registration certificate in accordance to Vietnam’s Law on Enterprises 2020

In recent years, Vietnam’s regulations on enterprises, especially the regulations on business establishment and registration, have been continuously simplified and improved to facilitate the establishment and operation of businesses. However, some provisions of granting business registration certificate conditions of the Law on Enterprise 2020 have not been detailed, leading to different interpretations and problems when these provisions are enforced. This paper analyzes current provisions of granting business registration certificate conditions under the Law on Enterprise 2020 including the conditions on business name, business fields, business registration documents and business registration fees.
