The right to get benefits from assets in the retention of ownership under Vietnam’s provisions

Abstract
On the current market, there are many advertisements for purchasing motorbikes, phones, televisions, washing machines, etc. on installment plans. Installment plans are a payment method to facilitate those who cannot make one-time payment. Like other types of civil transactions, in order to ensure the payment obligation, the installment purchase and sale agreement usually consists of the ownership retention clause. This paper analyzes the current provisions of the right to get benefits from assets in the retention of ownership.
