Discussing regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in the filed of road traffic

Abstract
The sanction of administrative violations in the field of road traffic has achieved many positive results in recent years. Authorities have effectively sanctioned many violations, especially complicated cases which cause high public concerns. However, current regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in the filed of road traffic still have many shortcomings. Many violations as well as sanctioning forms have not been fully and clearly specified, causing many difficulties in the enforcement of related regulations. This paper presents regulations and current situation, and proposes solutions to improve the effectiveness of regulations on sanctioning administrative violations in the filed of road traffic.
