Resolving social insurance disputes via labor mediators in accordance with Vietnam’s current regulations

Social insurance disputes happen quite commonly in Vietnam. Social insurance disputes between employers and employees or labor collectives are determined as individual labor disputes or collective labor disputes, and these disputes will be resolved in accordance with regulations and procedures for labor dispute settlement. Among the methods for resolving social insurance disputes, the use of a labor conciliator is a highly effective method. However, there are still some shortcomings that need to be overcome soon to improve the efficiency of social insurance settlement.
