This paper is to clarify the concept of tourist apartment and analyzes the limitations in the provisions on tourist apartments under the 2013 Land Law and the 2014 Real Estate Business Law. Based on the paper’s findings, some proposals are made to enhance the effectiveness of provisions on tourist apartment.
