Settling complaints against administrative decisions in the land field: Current situation and some recommendations

The lawsuits against administrative decisions in the land field account for more than 50 percent of the total number of administrative lawsuits that individuals and organizations bring to the People's Courts in Vietnam. Although regulations on complaint settlement in the land field has been completed, the settlement of land disputes according the current administrative procedures still faces many problems. Therefore, it is necessary to do study on the settlement of complaints against administrative decisions in the land field.
