Các yếu tố tác động đến quyết định lựa chọn sử dụng dịch vụ tàu điện tại Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp phân tích EFA nhằm đánh giá các yếu tố gây ảnh hưởng đến quyết định sử dụng dịch vụ tàu điện (DVTĐ) tại Việt Nam từ tháng 1/2022 đến tháng 3/2022. Kết quả hồi quy cho thấy, hệ số hồi quy của 5 yếu tố: sự đáp ứng; sự an toàn, tin cậy; cảm nhận về chi phí khi sử dụng DVTĐ; phương tiện hữu hình; sự đồng cảm đều ảnh hưởng đến quyết định sử dụng DVTĐ tại Việt Nam tại mức ý nghĩa thống kê ở mức 1% và có sự phù hợp về chiều hướng tác động. Trong 5 yếu tố, yếu tố sự đồng cảm (b = 0.316) có sự ảnh hưởng lớn nhất đến quyết định sử dụng DVTĐ, yếu tố an toàn tin cậy (b = 0.222) có sự ảnh hưởng nhất định và cuối cùng yếu tố cảm nhận chi phí (b = 0.-159) có ảnh hưởng thấp nhất đến biến phụ thuộc.
