Recommendations to improve legal provisions of bailiff in Vietnam

Abstract
In Vietnam, bailiff has been reestablished for more than 10 years, and it has importantly contributed to the creation of proof and fundamentals for transactions. However, current legal provisions of bailiff have revealed some inadequcies, such as the provision of registering bailiff at the Department of Justice, and unclear provisions of the legal value of bailiff. This paper analyzes the inadequcies of legal provisions of bailiff, and makes some recommendations to improve these povisions.
