Effect of Perceived Despotic Leadership on Creativity: Mediating effect of Intrinsic Motivation and Knowledge-sharing Behavior

This study is to explore the impact of Perceived Despotic Leadership on Creativity. A quantitative method using PLS-SEM analysis is used to conduct this study. The study’s results show that the Perceived Despotic Leadership negatively affect the Creativity through the mediating role of Intrinsic Motivation and Knowledge-sharing Behavior variables.
