The implementation of the principle of democratic centralism in the commune-level People's Committee in Vietnam

This paper presents an overview of the implementation of the principle of democratic centralism in the commune-level People's Committee. The paper also analyzes some shortcomings in the practice of implementing this principle in the commune-level People's Committee over the past time. Based on the paper’s findings, some solutions are proposed to enhance the implementation of the principle of democratic centralism in the commune-level People's Committee’s organization and operation
