Abstract
This study analyzes the retirement scheme under regulations on compulsory social insurance from the practice in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province. The study also points out achieved results and limitations of this scheme. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the implementation of retirement scheme in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province.
