Discussing New Points of the Labour Contract to Improve the Current Legal Corridor in Order to Adjust Labor Relations in the Current Market Economy of Vietnam (Part 1)

Abstract
This paper analyzes and discusses new points of the Labor Code 2019 (amended)’s regulations on labor contracts. Based on the paper’s findings, some recommendations are made to improve the contractual relationship between the employee and the employer in accordance with the socio-economic development in each period.
