Sending lawsuit petitions, documents and evidence via electronic means in civil proceedings

The paper discusses the issue of sending lawsuit petitions, documents and evidence via electronic means in civil proceedings. Sending awsuit petitions, documents and evidence via electronic means is considered an effective and necessary method in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. By analyzing provisions of the Civil Procedure Code 2015, Resolution No. 04/2016/NQ-HDTP, and related laws and documents, this paper points out basic issues that litigants should pay attention to when they send their lawsuit petitions, documents and evidence by electronic means in civil proceedings to achieve the desired effect when using this method.
