Market access conditions for foreign investors under current Vietnam’s legal regulations

Abstract
This paper is about the implementation of Resolution No. 50-NQ/TW of the Politburo on providing orientations for completing institutions and policies, and improving the quality and efficiency of foreign investment cooperation by 2030. The 2020 Law on Investment and its guiding documents have supplemented regulations on market access conditions for foreign investors. This paper also analyzes the current Vietnam’s legal regulations on market access conditions for foreign investors.
